Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how clients, their employees, contractors and authorised users may use any infrastructure, platform, software or system delivered or managed by EIDDI Solutions LLC ("EIDDI"). By engaging EIDDI, you agree to comply with this AUP in full and ensure that all authorised users under your account do the same.

Section 1

Permitted Use

Services and systems delivered by EIDDI may be used solely for lawful business purposes consistent with the scope of the signed engagement. Clients are responsible for ensuring their employees, contractors and any other authorised users understand and comply with this AUP. Use of EIDDI-delivered systems constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Section 2

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on any infrastructure, platform, application or network delivered or managed by EIDDI:

Unauthorised access to, or interference with, any third-party system, network, database or data

Distribution, execution or hosting of malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, viruses or any malicious code

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing campaigns or any deceptive communications

Hosting, transmitting or storing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any third party's intellectual property rights

Mining cryptocurrency on EIDDI-delivered infrastructure without explicit prior written authorisation

Circumventing, disabling or tampering with security controls, access restrictions, audit logging or monitoring systems

Using EIDDI-delivered systems to facilitate harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination or abuse

Engaging in network scanning, port scanning or denial-of-service attacks against any system

Sharing credentials, access tokens or authentication materials with unauthorised individuals

Violating any applicable US federal, state or local law or regulation, including HIPAA, CCPA, COPPA and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act

Reselling or sublicensing EIDDI-managed infrastructure or services to third parties without written authorisation

Section 3

Client Security Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials provided at project handover. This includes:

  • Changing all default passwords immediately upon receipt
  • Implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all administrative accounts
  • Restricting access to delivered systems on a least-privilege basis
  • Promptly notifying EIDDI of any suspected security incidents on EIDDI-managed systems
  • Maintaining up-to-date contact information so that security notifications reach the correct personnel
Section 4

Monitoring

EIDDI reserves the right to monitor usage of managed infrastructure and services for security purposes, SLA compliance and to detect violations of this AUP. Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Clients will be notified of significant security findings affecting their environment.

Section 5

Consequences of Violation

EIDDI reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon confirmed AUP violation:

  • Immediately suspend access to affected services without prior notice
  • Terminate the service agreement without refund
  • Charge the Client for any costs incurred in investigating or remediating the violation
  • Report the violation to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation
Section 6

Reporting Violations

To report a suspected AUP violation or security concern: security@eiddisolutions.com. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. EIDDI does not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
