- Professional advisors — legal counsel, accountants and auditors bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities — where required by law, court order or legitimate regulatory obligation (including FinCEN reporting under US AML law)

Data Retention
- Business records and contracts — retained for 7 years as required by US tax and accounting law
- AML/KYC records — retained for a minimum of 5 years from the end of the business relationship, as required by US AML regulations
- Contact form enquiries — retained for 2 years unless a business relationship develops
- Website analytics data — retained for 13 months in aggregate, anonymised form
- Data is securely deleted or anonymised when retention periods expire
